At LazyX, we aim to deliver premium-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you face any issue with your order, our support team is here to assist you with refunds or exchanges.
You may request a refund or exchange in case of product defects, size mismatch, wrong item received, damaged packaging, or any genuine quality concern.
All refund or exchange requests must be raised within five (5) days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
To raise a request, please share your order number, product name, clear images of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue.
Returns must be sent only using the label and instructions provided by LazyX support. Unauthorized or self-shipped returns may not be accepted.
Once your returned product is received and passes quality inspection, the refund will be initiated to your original payment method (UPI, card, or bank account). Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent.
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 24 hours of the delivery notification so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
